NEW this month(Jan.) Happy New Year

We keep testing new functions for the site and getting the bugs out. Many thanks to tose of you who have provided us feedback. Just click Contact us (bottom of every page) if you find something doesn't work as you expect or you just want some help.

• Continuing to convert the old site to our new contact managment system and working the bugs out.
• We have tested instant chat but you all didn't seem to use it and we ran into some difficulties . If you want us to open it again let us know via contact page.
• You can now sell your iPods and accessories using our Free Classified board. For now you will need to register an account (takes a minute).
• Just added How to view and synch videos  these questions come up all the time, check here if you have a video capable iPod.

(Dec). We've been pretty busy upgrading to a brand spanking new Content Management System. What will this mean to you!

• This will mean improved site search functions (really find what you need). See search box in upper left side. (Note you may have to enter search term a second time if you get an empty search result, we're working on it)
• Better product discovery (even when you're not sure exactly what you  want). Old product listings on left nav bar, new searchable tags coming soon).
• Useful iPod and iPhone news headlines all in one place updated every few hours (here on this page)
• Our Community Forums - a bulletin board system that will allow you to post your tough questions, read what others are saying - the power of crowds now accessible when you need it most. You'll see new forum topics over on the  right side.

More coming, 5 star voting on products and commetary, you'll be able to create your own account, Classified ad boards...... Keep watching and of course your ideas and feedback always welcome. (click contact link at bottom of each page or just go to the feedback section of the community forums)
