Wake up to your music. There's an iPod clock AM/FM radio solution for just about any need you have. From your family room, kitchen, vacation rental, dorm room or just right next to your bed where you'd expect it. Prices vary widely from about eighty dollars up to two or three hundred and as you might expect the sound quality, ease of use and added functions vary porportionally with price.
Sound quality varies with speaker size, number of speakers and cost (no surprises there) but there are still good values out there. Many of these systems work with just about any iPod - even the Shuffle. Look for those that dock your iPod - most provide different size docking cradles to accomodate all the iPod models. If you want to use your Shuffle or another MP3 player then look for an auxiliary input jack, most of the "good" clock radios include this.
The newer clock radios built for iPod now come with remotes (control your music while in bed or even another room, highly recommended) or you can add your own iPod remote.
