iTunes music folder empty after migration

After I used Apples migration tool to transfer all my data to my new Mac, my itunes music folder empty is empty on the new Mini and completely gone on the old G4. I have done this before without a problem, am I screwed?

Try restarting the new

Try restarting the new computer. I pulled my hair out for 45 minutes trying to find my iTunes and iPhoto files, and I could see in the Hard Drive info that 50GB had been taken up, but couldn't find one file. I restared and everything was there EXACTLY as it was on the other computer...podcasts, icons, all.
