A few days ago, my iPod was freezing up, so I tried resetting it by holding the center button and menu down, holding it until the Apple logo appears on a black-grey screen. However, I haven't been able to get it to do anything to get it off of that screen with the Apple logo ever since. Whenever I try resetting it, it just goes back to the logo screen. Does anyone have any information that could help me solve this problem? Thank you,  Kellie
